Who operates this site

What the enquiry forms collect
The strategy-call form collects your name, email, company, website, offer, target customer and an optional note. These details are stored in the site’s database so LGS can prepare for and respond to your enquiry. The contact form collects your name, work email, company and message for the same purpose. The checklist form stores the email you provide and the fact that you requested the resource. Neither form subscribes you to a newsletter.
Booking through Calendly
The calendar is loaded only after you choose to open it or continue from the enquiry form. Your name and email may be included to prefill the booking. Calendly processes booking details under its own policies. A direct Calendly link is also available. LGS records a booking-completed event when the embedded calendar reports a scheduled event; this signal is not a substitute for Calendly’s confirmation.
Site measurement
The site records basic conversion events: booking CTA clicks, form starts and completions, calendar opens, embedded booking confirmations and checklist access. Each event contains the event type, page path and time. The application does not add names, email addresses, IP addresses, cookies or a persistent visitor identifier to these event records. Hosting and external service providers may process technical request information as part of operating their services.
Service providers and fonts
The site is hosted through Sites infrastructure and uses a managed database for submitted enquiries and conversion events. Display fonts are served with the site. Calendly is used for scheduling. Those providers may process technical information when their services are requested. No advertising pixel or marketing analytics service has been added to this site.
Access, corrections and deletion
Contact LGS at the address above to ask about information you submitted, correct it or request deletion. Enquiries remain in the site database until removed by the operator; there is no automatic expiry in this implementation. Do not include confidential customer data or sensitive personal information in the free-text fields. This notice describes the current site’s behaviour and will need updating if its data handling changes.
